PROPRIETARY DHA-Thermo Heat Treatments

  • Forging temperature: 900 - 1200°C. Annealing at 820 - 870°C, slow cooling and at 650 - 700°C, air cooling. Quenching at 1000 - 1030°C, vacuum (>=4bar). Tempering at 550 - 670°C, air cooling.
