  • - Austenitizing 1020 - 1060°C.
    - Air or oil or water + polymer cooling to 30°C or less.
    - Hardening treatment according to class properties required:
    . preferred temperature between 595°C and 620°C,
    . maximum permitted variation from preferred temperature: ± 10°C,
    . holding time: 4 hours minimum,
    . air cooling.
