GOST 15H1M1F Heat Treatments

Normalization at temperatures from 970°C to 1070°C, tempering from 730°C to 760°C with a holding time of at least 5 hours - for pipes with a wall thickness of less than 15 mm and at least 10 hours for pipes with a wall thickness of 15 mm and more, cooling in the air.
It is allowed to use accelerated fan or air-assisted cooling.
For pipes with a wall thickness of 15 mm or more, the use of individual cooling.
Normalization at a temperature of 970°C - 1070°C, tempering at a temperature of 730°C - 760°C exposure for at least 5 hours, cooling in air.
During normalization, it is allowed to use accelerated fan or air spray cooling.
For pipes with a nominal wall thickness of more than 15.0 mm, normalization requires the use of individual cooling.
