AFNOR NF GX6CrNiMoCu20-8 Heat Treatments


  • +AT: minimum at 1120°C. After maintaining in solution at high temperature, precipitation hardening is possible by treatment at a temperature of 480°- 510°C. The molded parts can be cooled to a temperature between 1010°C and 1040°C, before being subjected to quenching in water to prevent cracking and improve the corrosion resistance.
