WL 14NiCr18 Heat Treatments


  • Annealing: Normalizing at 800°C to 860°C in air, annealing at 610°C to 640°C in furnace and carburizing 870°C to 900°C; Hardening: hardening core at 820°C to 850°C in oil, intermediate annealing at 600°C to 630°C, edge hardening at 780°C to 810°C oil, relax from 150°C to 200°C.
