TU 15H1M1F Heat Treatments

Normalization at 970 - 1000°C, tempering 730 - 760°C, holding at least 10 hours, air cooling. Allowed rapid spray or fan cooling. Pipes up to 15 mm tempering at least 5 hours. For pipes of steel melted in an electric furnace, may be increased normalization temperature up to 1070°C. For pipes with wall thickness greater than 15 mm when normalization is necessary use individual cooling.
Normalized at 970 - 1000°C. Tempered at 720 - 760°C.
