  • Quenching and tempering:
    Hardening: 980-1020°C, quenching in water;
    Tempering: 740-770°C, holding period 2 minutes/mm thickness, at least 60 minutes (Holding time starts when the temperature in the cross section is reached) and cooling in air;

    Stress relieving after welding: 740 ± 10°C, holding period 2 minutes/mm thickness, at least 60 minutes and cooling in air;

    Stress relieving after cold forming: 650-750°C, holding period 2 minutes/mm thickness, at least 60 minutes and cooling in air.
  • Quenching and tempering:
    Hardening: 980-1020°C, cooling in air for wt ≤ 16 mm, quenching in water for wt > 16 mm;
    Tempering: 730-760°C, holding period 2 minutes/mm thickness, at least 60 minutes and cooling in air;

    Stress relieving after welding: 720-760°C, holding period 2 minutes/mm thickness, at least 60 minutes and cooling in air;
