GB 1J22 Heat Treatments
- Heating temperature 850-900°C, insulation 3-6h; Cooling to 750°C (speed is 50°C/h to 100°C/h); Cooling down to 300°C (speed is 180°C/h to 240°C/h) to release.
Heating temperature 1100 ± 10°C, insulation 3 to 6h. Cooling to 850°C (speed is 50°C/h to 100°C/h), keeping 3h. Cooling to 700°C (speed is 30°C/h), then cooling to 300°C (speed is 200°C/h) to release.
Heating temperature 850 ± 10°C, insulation 4h. Cooling to 750°C (speed is 50°C/h), insulation 3h. Then, cooling to 300°C (speed is 200°C/h) to release.
