- For guidance only: Solution annealing (+AT): 1070 ± 50°C; Cooling: water or air (sufficiently rapid); In the case where the heat treatment is performed in a continuous furnace, the upper part of the given temperature range, or even a temperature in excess of it, is normally preferred.
