Heat Treatments

  • In <b>normalizing</b>, accelerated cooling to obtain the specified mechanical properties may be performed by liquid quenching, air blasting or other methods. Minimum tempering temperature shall be 620°C.<br> <b>Normalizing</b> at 880°C to 980°C.<br> <b>Tempering</b> at 620°C to 710°C.
