ASME SA-541 Grade 22V Heat Treatments
- For this grade, the minimum austenitizing temperature shall be 900°C (1650°F). Quenching shall be followed by tempering at a subcritical temperature and holding at this temperature for a minimum time of 30 min/25 mm of maximum section thickness. Minimum tempering temperatures shall be 675°C (1250°F).
