- For specimens in trans direction: Material is to be heated 600-650°C after flattened and annealed in order to make it free from strain.
Seamless steel tube: Isothermal annealing, full annealing or normalizing followed by tempering at 650°C and over.
Electric-resistance welded steel tube: Isothermal annealing, full annealing or normalizing followed by tempering at 650°C and over.
