DIN EN-GJSA-XNiSiCr35-5-2 Heat Treatments

  • Stress relieving: heat up to between 625-650°C at a rate not exceeding 150°C/h, hold within this range for 2 h plus 1 h per 25 mm section thickness, cool down to 200°C in the furnace at a rate not exceeding 100°C/h, air cool. Heat treatment for high temperature stability: heat up to between 875-900°C at a rate not exceeding 150°C/h, hold within this range for 2 h plus 1 h per 25 mm section thickness, cool down to 500°C in the furnace at a rate not exceeding 50°C/h, air cool.
