PROPRIETARY K S V Heat Treatments
- Soft annealing: heat to 740 - 760°C for 4 - 6h, slow furnace cooling.
Hardening at 800 - 950°C, cooling in water, interrupt water hardening at approx. 120°C, further cooling in oil.
Tempering: 100 - 300°C.
