- Normalizing: 890-920°C, 1-2 min per 1 mm thickness of plate but not less than 20 min and cooling in quiet air; Stress relief of annealing or tempering after bending or welding: 600-650°C, 2 min per 1mm thickness of plate but not less than 30 min.
