- Heat treatment shall be performed after welding at 1020 - 1100°C (1870 - 2010°F), quenching by water, tempering temperature is not required.
No final heat treatment of welded fittings (HT-O) fabricated from ferritic/austenitic plate that has been heat treated is required.
