GB 35CrMnSi Heat Treatments
- Heating to 880°C, isothermal quenching at 280°C-310°C.
Hardening: heating at 950°C or 890°C, cooling in oil; Tempering at 230°C, cooling in water or oil. - Recommended heat treatment: Quenched at 950 ± 15°C, quenched at 890 ± 15°C, tempered at 230 ± 20°C
