GB 30CrMnSiNi2A Heat Treatments
- Heated at 900° C ± 10° C, for 1h ± 0.1h, oil quenching;
Heated at 200° C - 300° C, for 2h - 2.5h, air cooling. - Normalized, not fully annealed at 890-910°C, air cooled at 780°C, with furnace cooling to 650°C, the holding not less than 2h, air cooled. Tempered at 890-910°C, air cooled at 650-680°C; Quenched and tempered: Heated at 890-910°C (oil quenched) and tempered at 200-300°C (air cooled) or heated at 890-910°C (210-280°C, 1h isothermal air-cooled) and tempered at 200-390°C (air cooled). Heat treatment 1: Quenched at 890°C, oil. Tempered at 300°C. Heat treatment 2: Quenched at 890°C, oil. Tempered at 360°C. Heat treatment 3: Heat treated at 890°C, oil. Austempered at 270°C. Tempered at 310°C.
