MIL 321 Heat Treatments
- Annealed: min. 1038°C (1900°F), rapidly cooled
- Annealing: Heating 1750 to 2050°F; When stress relieving after welding is specified, hold for 1/2 hour minimum at specified temperature or holding for 2 hours at 1650°F +/- 25°F. Cooling: air or water quench.
