UNI X10Ni9 Heat Treatments
- Normalized (+N) at 880-915°C or Normalized at 775-805°C and Tempered at 565-605°C(+N+NT); Quenched and Tempered (QT): Normalizing at 880-930°C, Hardening at 770-820°C, Cooling medium: water or oil, Tempering at 540-600°C.
- Quenched and tempered (QT):
Austenitizing at 770-820°C, water or oil quenched
Tempered at 540-660°C, air cooled
