  • Hot working: 900-1150°C; Carburized: 900-930°C; Softened: 630-650°C, air or furnace cooled; Double quenched (core): 850-880°C; Double quenched (case): 780-820°C; Single quenched: 800-830°C, oil or salt bath at 180°C; Tempered: 180-200°C.
  • Process annealed: 650-700°C; Carburized: 880-920°C; Refined after carburized: 850-880°C; Hardened: 780-820°C; Tempered: max. 200°C;
