PROPRIETARY RF 5 Heat Treatments


  • Hot forming at 1140 - 800°C, cooling in ash or Sterchamol.
    Annealing at 800 - 820°C for 6 - 8h, furnace cooling.
    Hardening at 950 - 1000°C, oil cooling.
    Tempering at 650 - 750°C.
