  • Hot forming: 1200 to 850°C, slowly or in air; Annealing +A: 600 to 670°C, slowly (15°C/h) until 600°C; Treating to ferrite-pearlite structure and hardness range +FP, stage 1: 950 to 1000°C, quickly to stage 2; Treating to ferrite-pearlite structure and hardness range +FP, stage 2: 620 to 650°C, keeping about 3 hours, after that cooling in air; Normalizing: 860 - 890°C, cooling in air; Stress relieving: 600 - 670°C, cooling in air; Carburizing: 880 - 950°C, cooling in air; Hardening: 860 - 900°C, quenching in oil or in water; Tempering: 150 - 200°C, cooling in air.
