- Non-hardenable by heat treatment.
Annealing: Heat to 1038 - 1121°C (1900 - 2050°F), then water quench.
Stress Relief Annealing: Heat to 260 - 482°C (500 - 900°F), then air cool. - Stress Relieving: Heat to 260-482°C (400-900°F), then air cool.
