AISI H-19 Heat Treatments
- Preheat: 788°C (1450°F)
Austenitizing: Salt Bath: 1177°C (2150°F), Controlled Atmosphere Furnaces: 1191°C (2175°F)
Austenitizing time: 5-15 minutes
Quench Medium: Air
Tempering: 552°C (1025°F)
Double-tempered for 2h each cycle
