AISI 6150 Heat Treatments
- Annealed: 845-900°C; Hardened: 845-885°C, quenching in oil.
- Heated to a suitable temperature at or above the upper critical temperature, but not exceeding 925°C (1700°F), held a sufficient length of time to attain essentially uniform temperature throughout, and cooled as appropriate for the condition specified.
