AISI 405 Heat Treatments
- As a final heat treatment, tubes shall be reheated to 650°C (1200°F) or higher and cooled.
- Material shall be capable of being heat treated to a maximum Brinell hardness of 250HBW when oil quenched from 950°C (1750°F).
