SAE 321 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: Heating to 954-1121°C (1750-2050°F); air cooling or water quenching. When stress relieving after welding is specified hold for 0.5 hour minimum at 954-1121°C (1750-2050°F) or at 899 ± 13.9°C (1650 ± 25°F) for 2 hours.
