PN 50H Heat Treatments
- Hardening in oil at 830°C then Tempering in water or oil at 500°C; Hardening temperature: 845°C; Delivery forgings: Heat treated at 1050-850°C: Softening: 680-720°C; Normalizing: 820-850°C; Hardening in water at 800-820°C or in the oil at 810-830°C: Tempering: recommended for dismounted cooling after tempering (oil or water) at 500-670°C.
