PN 45H Heat Treatments
- Hardening in oil at 840°C then Tempering in water or oil at 520°C; Hardening temperature: 850°C; Delivery forgings: Heat treated at 1050-800°C: Softening: 680-720°C; Normalizing: 840-870°C; Hardening in water at 820-840°C or in the oil at 830-850°C: Tempering: recommended for dismounted cooling after tempering (oil or water) at 500-670°C.
