PN 34HNMA Heat Treatments
- Hardening in oil at 850ºC then Tempering in air or oil at 550ºC; Delivery forgings: Heat treated at 1050-850°C: Softening: 680-720°C; Normalizing: 850-880°C; Hardening in the oil at 830-860°C: Tempering: recommended for dismounted cooling after tempering (oil or water) at 540-680°C.
