PN 30HGS Heat Treatments
- Hardening in oil at 880ºC then Tempering in water or oil at 540ºC; Hardening temperature: 880°C; Delivery forgings: Heat treated at 1050-850°C: Softening: 680-720°C; Normalizing: 870-890°C; Hardening in the oil at 860-880°C: Tempering: recommended for dismounted cooling after tempering (oil or water) at 500-650°C.
- Hardening: 880-900°C in oil; Tempering: 510-520°C in water or oil.
