PN 30G2F Heat Treatments
- Annealing at 660-710°C; Normalizing at 850-890°C; Hardening in polymer or water at 840-870°C (the samples can be quenched qualifying it from any polymer, provided the cooling rate does not exceed 50% of the rate of cooling in water at 20°C. After remission of cooling air) and in oil at 850-880°C; Tempering for Q+T1 at 560-640°C and tempering for Q+T2 at 540-620°C.
