SS 130 Heat Treatments


  • For stress relief annealing, a temperature of 575-625°C with a holding time of 1 h for every 25 mm of material thickness is recommended, but at least 1 h. The material should cool slowly (~ 50°C/h) to a temperature below 325°C.
