GOST 10G2 Heat Treatments
- Normalization: heating temperature at 920° and cooling in air, 30 min;
- Normalized at normal heating: 900 - 950°C. Normalized at high-speed heating: 900 - 1050°C. It is allowed to normalize hot rolled plate with Tmin = 890°C at the end of hot rolled process. Allowed for normalization, accelerated fan or spray cooling. It is allowed to conduct high-temperature tempering after the normalization.
