JIS SKD 5 Heat Treatments
- Annealed: 800-850°C, slow cooled. Quenched: 1050-1100°C, water cooled (1000-1050°C, air cooled); tempering: 600-650°C, air cooled.
- Annealing: 800-850°C, slow cooling.
Quenching: 1150 ± 10°C, oil cooling.
Tempering: 600 ± 10°C, air cooling.
