JIS NCF751 Heat Treatments
- Solution treatment (S): 1135°C - 1165°C, rapid cooling.
Ageing treatment (H): After S treatment, 830°C - 860°C (24 hours), air cool to room temperature, 690°C - 720°C (20 hours), rapidly cool. - Solution treated then aged (H)
Solution treatment (S): 1135°C to 1165°C rapid cooling;
Ageing: After S treatment, hold for 24 h at 830°C to 860°C, air cool to room temperature, hold for 20 h at 690°C to 720°C, and air cool.
