UNI Fe E 390 KT Heat Treatments
- For steels supplied without tempering, stress relief should be performed at up to 580°C. For steels supplied as normalized and tempered, the temperature of the stress relief must be less than at least 30°C of the tempering temperature. The stress relief should be performed 2 min for each millimeter of thickness with a minimum of 30 min.
