UNI 10 NiCrMo 13 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: Heat to 600 - 660°C, hold for a minimum of 2 hours then slow cool in the furnace (approximately 50°C/hour) to 500°C or below, followed by cooling to room temperature in still air. Harden by oil quenching from 820 - 840°C/1 h. Stress relieve by heating to 180 - 200°C for 2 hours, followed by cooling in still air.
