UNI 1 C 25 Heat Treatments
- Austenitizing (quenching in water): 860-900°C (30 min.); Tempering: 550-660°C (60 min.); Normalizing: 880-920°C (30 min.)
- Forged at 1100-900°C; Normalized at 870-900°C; Soft annealed at 650-700°C; Coalescence annealed at 710-740°C; Annealed (to obtain a lamellar ferrite and pearlite structure) at 920-650°C for 1 h.
