- Heated in the range at 845-875°C, cooled in oil and tempered at 550-650°C
Jominy test at 860 ± 5°C. - Hardened and tempered (I):
Hardened at 840-870°C, quenched in oil
Tempered at 550-600°C
Hardened and tempered (II):
Hardened at 840-870°C, quenched in oil
Tempered at 300-500°C
