EN X12NiCrSi35-16 Heat Treatments

  • Solution annealing: 1020-1120°C, r or water cooling. Cooling to be sufficiently rapid. If heat treatment is carried out in a continuous furnace, the upper part of the range specified is usually preferred or even exceeded. Heat treatment is not required in each case since the material will be exposed to elevated temperatures in service.
