SEW G12MnMo7-4 Heat Treatments
- Quenching and tempering:
Austenitized at 900-940°C, quenched in fluid, tempered at 580-640°C
It is recommended to normalize the casting before annealing
The temperature for the stress relief heat treatment should be at least 20°C, but at most 50°C below the applied tempering temperature of the casting
