Heat Treatments

  • Blank hardening (cooling in water): 900°C; Carburizing: 900-950°C; Core hardening: 880-920°C; Case hardening (cooling in water): 770-810°C; Tempering: 150-180°C (as a guide, for 1 hour minimum)
