DIN 1.4913 Heat Treatments
- (+QT) Quenched: 1100-1130°C, cooled in air or oil; Tempered: 670-720°C (min 2h).
- Hot forming: 1100-850°C;
Hardening, quenching or solution annealing (cooling in oil or air): 1100-1150°C;
Tempering or age hardening or precipitation hardening: 670-750°C; min. 2h
Stress relieving annealing: 630-710°C.
