WL 1.4549 Heat Treatments
- Homogenize (1135-1165°C) 1 1/2 h/air<20°C Solution annealing (1025-1055°C) oil<20°C Aging at room temperature >=1h. Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated to lower strength: (580-600°C) 1 1/2 h/air. Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated: (530-550°C) 1 1/2 h/air. Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated to higher strength: (480-500°C) 1 1/2 h/air.
