- Soft annealed at 650-700°C
Heat treated to improve machinability or spheroidized: Heated at 900-1000°C, controlled cooled.
Carburized at 900-950°C, heated at 880-920°C, water quenched. Tempered at 150-180°C
Hot forming at 1150-850°C
