DIN 1.1127 Heat Treatments
- Annealed (+A): 650-700°C Normalized (+N): 850-880°C Austenitized: 820-850°C Tempered: 540-680°C
- Hardening from hot forming temperature from 830 to 880°C, holding period at least 15 min., quenching in oil, max. 50°C; Tempering from 550-650°C, holding period at least 30 min. and cooling in air; Stress relieving: 500-600°C, min. distance to the annealing temperature 50°C, holding period of at least 30 min. and cooling in air.
