GB W6Mo5Cr4V2Co5 Heat Treatments
- Preheat temperature: 800-900°C; Quenching temperature: 1190-1210°C (salt bath), 1200-1220°C (box furnace); Quenching medium: oil or salt bath; Tempering temperature: 550°C.
Tempering shall be performed three times: each time for 1 hour in a salt bath, and for 2 hours each in a box furnace or vacuum furnace.
