GB G20CrMo Heat Treatments
- First quenching 860 to 900°C or second quenching at 770 to 810°C, oil cooling; Tempering at 150-200°C air or gas cooling;
Normalizing at 915 to 935°C, minimum 60 minutes, cooling in air and quenching at 925 +/-5°C, minimum 15 to 30 minutes, cooling in water.
